Why do maples create such sweet treats for us to enjoy? And how can you find a maple tree when all the leaves are gone? We'll wander the arboretum in search of maple trees, and finish up by tasting maple syrup and comparing it to other syrups.

Join Kripalu and Mindful Outdoor Guide, Sandy Wilson, for a forest bathing experience on Tuesday, March 19th at 4:30pm. Exploring the arboretum is a sensory experience and Sandy's thoughtful guidance will help slow us down and get in tune with the natural world.
