Please Note: As of January 2026, we are taking a pause on rentals due to ongoing renovation. There is no timeline of yet for renovation work.
The Pine Hollow Arboretum's 1941 mid-century house is now available for rentals. This space is perfect for small weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, programs, therapy groups, music concerts, conferences and more. This house, along with the other 2 private residences on the road, were designed by Henry Blatner. In 2026, Pine Hollow will be making some renovations to this house through a grant from the state which include: removal of the wooden greenhouse, updated electrical and construction of an ADA compliant restroom in the garage. Fees from rentals support our mission of preserving and maintaining the arboretum for all to enjoy.
What's Included
Pricing is on a case-by-case basis and depends on number of hours needed, type of event, and date and time.
For a weekend or evening date, pricing begins at $500 minimum
For a weekday 9am to 5pm timeframe, pricing begins at $200
Below is some basic info about what's included:
- Capacity: 35 to 40 people
- Access to the entire 1st floor of the house (functional kitchen, living room, dining room, family room with working mid-century wood stove, library and 2 restrooms. At this time our space is not handicapped accessible.
- Black folding chairs for up to 35 people
- 10, 6' white folding tables
- Access to the newly renovated natural stone patio
- Central AC & Heat
- Wifi
- Large TV Screen

Weddings
The Pine Hollow Arboretum has hosted several wedding ceremonies and receptions. As a reminder, our capacity indoors is limited to 40 people.
Ceremony pricing beings at $1,250
Reception pricing is on a case-by-case basis depending on needs.

Beneath the pines tickets now live
Enjoy an evening under the pines on 4/30 at 6pm as we celebrate community, nature, and stewardship, set among the quiet beauty of the arboretum. As the sun dips and the pines rise overhead, guests are invited to gather for an intimate night of connection featuring seasonal fare, live music, engaging discussion,
libations, auction items and moments of wonder and serenity as we encourage you to explore the trails in early Spring at the arboretum with a friend, acquaintance or partner.
